A cathartic poetic journey.
Through the poems of Aderemi T. Adeyemi, you will see that like a free verse poem, there is no predetermined physical shape that our life must take. It is free to move as it dose. However, the thoughts that comes up in judgement of our circumstances do not have to be allowed to create the narrative. Instead we can watch thoughts come and go. Then choose to curate from our thoughts, and the emotions that follow them, the most beautiful verses of our experience and artfully make poetry from it all.
I WROTE a POEM TODAY: Companion Journal is meant to be a space for you to unpack and reflect on you experience. It offers a place for you to color outside the lines a bit: free yourself of the box life sometime places around us.
Journaling can be cathartic: offering the writer a psychological relief through the open expression of strong emotions. This can be an opportunity to release old stuck emotions (such as pity and fear) and renew your over all health. There is no telling the good that can come from this.
It all starts with writing down your book idea. That’s just how my own self-publishing journey began in 2012. At the time I had no idea what metadata was. I quickly learned what it is and to effectively use it as the first step in book marketing.
PUBLISH CHAPTER BOOK TITLES

Before you set out to self-publish your book give some thought to your metadata marketing plan- whether writing fiction or non-fiction.
PUBLISH NON-FICTION TITLES
Along the way little questions like “What’s bleed?” Some books have art on their cover or interior that cover the entire page. An image can extend past the bleed line. But be sure that all the important information (title, author name, and text) is well within this bleed line before you upload the file for cover art or interior. That is so the information is not cut off during printing of the book.
PUBLISH POETRY TITLES
Self-publishing a book can be a process of trial and error. Your publishing company has file requirements, and if you do not follow their guides they’ll sends errors. I will help you address issues like this and many others on the path to publish.

From my first published title with a vanity press company called Author House, I learned. these small but important things. But you minimize some by following each publishing companies different file requirements, as well as having a plan.
